Genesis has been around for 6 years now, flying mostly under the radar and focussing on providing great service. We’re so proud of what we’ve built in that time.

After focussing on perfecting processes, creating a unique and actually helpful service suite and learning what you as owners want, we’re now ready to fly that Genesis flag high and invite new communities into our management world.

 

Where did the business name come from?
It’s an unusual one for a strata company right? Genesis Strata Management came to be when the owners purchased Meriton Strata Management. As a brand-new entity and business, this new strata business was starting fresh, hence a Genesis (beginning) of a new strata management company.

 

Aren’t you just Meriton Strata rebranded?
We get this one a lot. But no, we are most definitely not Meriton strata rebranded. Our owners purchased Meriton Strata, but we are no way connected. We do have the privilege of still getting to manage Meriton buildings that have been with us for some time, but that’s it.

 

What makes you special?
It’s not one thing, that’s for sure.

We’re focussed on NOT overloading our team. As a service business we know what we offer you is the best people. The way we help them stay the best is to keep their workload reasonable, the work place fabulous & flexible and their knowledge relevant and up-to-date.

 

2. We’ve also taken the time to speak to our customers, and any strata owner who wants to chat, to find out what you as an owner wants. We’ve created service deliverables based on what you told us you need from a strata manager, instead of us telling you what we do and don’t do.

Do you cost a lot?
No, but we’re not the cheapest either. Cheap strata management is only achievable if a business does one or both of these two things:
1. Overloading staff, and therefore delivering a poor service.
2. Deriving income from other revenue streams, such as schedule B’s, owning other businesses like building management or multiple commissions.

We’re here to earn a fair and transparent fee for the service we deliver.
