Natalie Fitzgerald

Natalie is an award-winning strata manager with over 20 years’ experience in the sector. Bringing a leadership style that centers on honesty, communication and empathy, this commitment to kindness and respect extends to team members, and customers. Natalie is a sought-after guest speaker and facilitator and has presented for City of Sydney, University of New South Wales, Griffith University, Deakin University as well as the Owners Corporation Network and Strata Communities Australasia. She has been a podcast guest on Your Strata Property and CourageousConversations. Natalie is a proud member of the Women in Strata steering committee. In her spare time she is writing a horror podcast (title pending) and spending time with her family exploring new places and finding friendly dogs to pet.
Zohra Azizy
Senior Strata Manager
With an impressive 8 years in the sector Zohra is a strata manager motivated by challenges. She is an advocate for fostering meaningful relationships with her customers and is known for going out of her way to deliver a truly personalised service. As a strata owner herself Zohra is able to empathise with the needs of owners and delivers a service that reflects this. Zohra is an expert in managing large and multi-entity schemes, where she enjoys the challenge of making so many different people happy in their strata homes. You’ll often find Zohra at her buildings mingling with her customers. When not working Zohra can be found out and about in Sydney with her insta-famous dogs.
Nicole Johnson
Strata Assistant
Nicole has worked in the strata industry for the last 10 years, discovering that helping owners live their best strata life was the career for her.
With her father being a building manager and having lived in a commercial strata building for 30 years, it’s no surprise Nicole gravitated into the strata field. Outstanding attention to detail and a typing speed of 90+ WPM are two of Nicole’s strongest skills. These traits, combined with her natural service ability and problem-solving skills make Nicole the go-to person for getting things done.
After office hours, she creates dried flower arrangements and enjoys attending concerts and stand-up comedy.
Veronique Ky Kuek
Accountant
Vee is an extremely detail oriented professional with over 20 years accounting experience. She heads up the Genesis accounts team. Veronique is very focused on deadlines, accuracy, customer satisfaction, quality work and goal achievement. Veronique has proved to be a very self-motivated and integral part of the Genesis team. She especially enjoys the complex work associated with building management committees.
Lauren Maher
Strata Manager
Lauren is a motivated strata professional holding a Class 2 Strata Management License in NSW. With close to 8 years’ experience in the Strata industry, Lauren started her Real Estate career as a Strata Management receptionist and quickly excelled to become a Strata Manager. She was honored to win Strata Manager of the Year three years in a row with her previous Strata Management company. Her friendly and caring attitude keeps those around her ensured that she will help wherever possible. In her spare time, Lauren loves to curl up with a good book, a cup of tea and her trusted French Bulldogs by her side
Melody Zhang
Accounts assistant
Melody is a trust accounts assistant, she joined Genesis Strata since 2018. She is professional, diligent and trustworthy. Making her the perfect accountant. Melody has a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) from the University of New South Wales. She is responsible for working on accurate recording of all transactions, correspondence with owner’s corporations, committee members and contractors, reviewing financials and reconciliation of accounts.Outside of the office, Melody enjoys the outdoor activities, hiking, diving, and spending time with family and friends.
Maria Kyparissis
Compliance Manager
With her past experience being in compliance in the financial sector, Maria has a results-oriented attitude together with strong analytical skills. Her “eye” for detail is perfectly suited to strata. Having excellent communication skills and a customer service orientation Maria is able effectively handle challenging customer queries with ease and a smile.Maria loves to crochet and travel, often visiting Greece to spend time with her family.
