Genesis, we have been working together for nearly 4 years from day one of the strata. I have been a member of the strata committee for that same period. We have been through issues including Defects Reports, Building Management and the Building Management Committee. Solutions were sort and found jointly and cooperatively. We have been to market and unanimously reappointed Genesis showing our confidence in Genesis’s ability to meet or exceed our expectations.
Personally, I have found working with several representatives from Genesis all have been helpful, professional, knowledgeable and always approachable.
